misstresst : Made these today, but I added wheat flour to the mix.they came out great! Crunchy outside, chewy inside.i don't think that mine rose as much because of the wheat? But they are good. Maybe I'll just make the next ones bigger.thanks for the great video. What I want to know,is how to make a pesto bagel!
